We’re off to a good start with the rain; about a half inch in our area over the weekend, and lots more from San Francisco northward.  Here’s a view from the top of Crystal Springs dam, after a brisk 6-mile run on the Sawyer Camp Trail.  Just a few other super hard-core runners like myself, and some black-tail deer.  The rain was more like a mist, as you can see.

The constant light rain flattened our sage plants.  They’ll bounce back, I’m sure.
