As of today, we’re at 19.43″ of rain at Redwood City, which is exactly 100% of normal to date.  The total for the rainfall year is just a bit more than that – 20.16″ – and we have another potent April storm arriving tonight.  The Mellowcat called “drought-buster” way back on January 17th, but needs this late-season storm activity to top off the tank.
