the cedar waxwing arrives

There’s a bunch of these guys in the tree outside of my building at work today.  They’re notorious for feasting on the berries in the Privet tree at our house, and leaving conspicuous evidence all over the place.  Hopefully I can get the deck furniture cushions in the garage before they fly up to our place.  If not, no big deal.  These are attractive birds, and they’re a welcome sight.

Look at this guy over here to the right; they have a wild Don King hairstyle, and the feathers appear to be painted with an air-brush.
